CLAUSE OF CONSENT


I express my explicit and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data contained in the application documents by the Controller - HRBC Group Sp. z o. o. based in Krakow, for the purposes necessary for the recruitment processes run by the Controller and its affiliates.



I express my explicit and voluntary consent to receive commercial and marketing information about the products or services of the Controller - HRBC Group Sp. z o. o. based in Krakow and its partners and cooperating entities (direct marketing).

INFORMATION CLAUSE / KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA
According to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: the "GDPR") we inform that:
1. The personal data controller is HRBC Group Sp. z o. o. with its seat at ul. Ślusarska 6/3, 30-710 Kraków. The controller's contact details, including the data of the Data Protection Officer, are available at www.hrbcgroup.eu.
2. Direct contact with the Data Protection Officer is possible at iodo@hrbcgroup.eu.
3. Personal data is processed in order to carry out the recruitment process. Sending us a recruitment application will be tantamount to consenting to participation in a given recruitment process (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
4. Personal data may be made available to employers for the purpose of employment or the implementation of further stages of recruitment in accordance with the purpose of processing. The data may be disclosed to our subcontractors only in the scope of services rendered to us, in particular to entities providing maintenance, advisory and consulting services, IT service providers and hosting service providers.
The data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted if you do not start work. In the event of voluntary consent to participate in future recruitment processes, the data will be stored until its withdrawal.

6. You have the right to request the controller to access personal data relating to you, rectify it, delete or limit itsprocessing, as well as the right to object, the right to request the transfer of data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
7. In the case of consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, however, the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
8. We would also like to inform you that providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment. Failure to agree to participate in future recruitment processes will not be a reason for refusing employment.
